Double Glass Wall Tea Tumbler

The first one I bought broke. My wife liked it so much I had to get another one for her. She says it keeps her tea hot for a long time, even without the lid.

I much prefer to drink from a tumbler than a cup so when I saw this tea tumbler (and never having seen one before) I thought I would try it. I have to admit to being a bit skeptical that a tea tumbler, even though double-layered, would not be too hot to touch but it's perfect. Unlike another reviewer I didn't have trouble getting the metal strainer out at all. Highly recommend this product.

I'm a slow drinker and my tea stayed hot until it was finished! Almost TOO hot at first (burned my lip)! The double glass wall really works - even though the outside cools to the touch, the liquid is still warm with the lid left off for over 1/2 an hour. Only improvement would be the strainer; because of where the tabs are, loose tea falls through the holes. It was a bit of a challenge to get the tea infuser part out as the metal is tight to the glass walls, otherwise, a great product.
Only question I have: is the plastic in the lid BPA free?
