We are a proud Canadian entity and we ship from Ontario.

We charge a flat rate of $12.95 to most provinces regardless of the size of the order, please note that Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland, and  Yukon have a shipping rate of $20.00 on orders under $125.  Please check the table below for the rates to all different provinces.

We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel. The estimated arrival time for anywhere in Canada is between three and seven business days.

Please always insure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing an order.  Incomplete addresses will result in additional charges for returned products and reshipping to be charged directly to you before the order can be resent.

We charge a flat rate of $20.00 to the United States regardless of the size of the order.

We use FedEx Ground Shipping where applicable and  Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA. The estimated arrival time for any package being shipped to the United States is between three and ten business days.

Spend $150.00 and receive free shipping to the United States!

All orders are processed within 48 hours of being received.

Taxes:

We are required to collect taxes on non-food items and shipping.

The majority of our products are tax exempt.  Taxes will be collected based on your provincial tax rate.

We do not collect taxes on orders to the United States, customers are responsible for any duty or taxes imposed by the United States Customs Services.
