This matcha is perfectly flavored with Ginger. This makes a great sweet treat morning or night. Can be prepared hot or cold , or as a frappe.
Cold:Mix 2 teaspoons with 2 oz of hot water and stir to dissolve. Add 8 oz of milk and pour over ice.Frappe:In a blender, mix 2 teaspoons with 6 oz of milk and 1 cup of ice cubes, blend until smooth.Hot:Add 2 teaspoons to a mug and stir with 10 oz of hot milk.

You should really enjoy the taste of ginger, it is quite strong, but still nice.
