Wyatt's Wheatgrass Matcha Acai Powerhouse Smoothie


Thanks to Jennifer Smaglinski for another great recipe. Here is what Jennifer sent us:


"My 11 year old son is all about experimenting with recipes in the kitchen. Today after school, he came up with this interesting but very delicious recipe!

Just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess with the added benefits of super foods, protein and healthy fats! Perfect for a growing body.
Kid and Mom approved! No added sugar!



Wyatt's Wheatgrass Matcha Acai Powerhouse Smoothie
acai matcha wheatgrass smoothie
1 handful of frozen mixed berries (blackberry, blueberry, cherry and strawberry)
1 tsp MATCHA
1 TBSP ACAI POWDER
1 TBSP WHEATGRASS
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (we use Fermented vegan proteins+)
1/2 ripe avocado

1 juicy orange (for sweetness, he says)

1/2 cup of filtered water



Blend and enjoy!"
