Mouthwatering Matcha Cheesecake Recipe

Matcha “Cheesecake” Slices Recipe These gluten-free, dairy free, added sugar free treats make the perfect summertime dessert! Base Ingredients: 1/2 cup raw almonds (optional: soak them overnight in filtered water to make them more digestible) 1/2 cup medjool dates 1/3 cup desiccated coconut or 3 tbs coconut oil A pinch of sea salt Strawberry Layer: 1 cup finely chopped strawberries Matcha Filling Ingredients: 1 cup cashews (soaked in water 5 hours to overnight) 1/3 cup coconut butter  1/2 cup full fat coconut milk 1/3 cup honey or other sweetener of choice (brown rice syrup is great) 1 stem of mint, leaves only 2 tbs. powdered matcha  1 packet of greens   Directions: Add all base ingredients into a food processor...

Chill Out with this Iced Matcha Latte Recipe

The perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day!   Ingredients: - 1 teaspoon of matcha - 1.5 cup of milk of choice - 1 teaspoon of sweetener of choice - ice Out of milk? No problem! Use 1 tablespoon of nut butter (almond or cashew) and 1.5 cups of water instead   Directions: Blend matcha, milk and sweetener in a high speed blender. Nourishing Antibacterial Matcha Masque!

We all know the health benefits of consuming Matcha ... by itself as a frothy tea, added to smoothies and even as a refreshing twist to baked goods.
