These aren't your average cookie. They're packed with nourishment, healthy fats, and superfoods like raw honey, coconut, and maca root!    Ingredients 2-1/4 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup raw honey 1 tablespoon unsulphured molasses 2 tablespoons maca powder 2 teaspoons powdered ginger 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1/8 teaspoon powdered cloves pinch of salt Makes 15 tablespoon-size treats.
