Morning smoothie:
with two of Sam's ingredients! It's amazing and keeps me satisfied until about noon - get the energy, nutrients and benefits of green tea and wheatgrass as well as the extra ingredients.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 heaping tablespoon of no sugar and no salt added peanut butter
- 1 cup of soy milk
- 1 level teaspoon of wheatgrass
- 1 level teaspoon of green tea powder
optional (I add them)
- 1 level teaspoon of fibre
- 1 level teaspoon of hemp seeds
- 1 level teaspoon of chia seeds
even more optional
1 heaping teaspoon of protein powder
Blend them all (I use the Magic Bullet). Enjoy!"
