Morning smoothie


Morning smoothie:

with two of Sam's ingredients! It's amazing and keeps me satisfied until about noon - get the energy, nutrients and benefits of green tea and wheatgrass as well as the extra ingredients.

 

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of no sugar and no salt added peanut butter
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 level teaspoon of wheatgrass
  • 1 level teaspoon of green tea powder


optional (I add them)

  • 1 level teaspoon of fibre
  • 1 level teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 level teaspoon of chia seeds


even more optional
1 heaping teaspoon of protein powder

Blend them all (I use the Magic Bullet). Enjoy!"
